Bio: blade was a small boy who wondered too far into the ocean and was drifted away into a privatized area made by the military,the military found him and decided to use him for testing as no one would think he survived so long in the open ocean with no way to find him,he was infused with barracuda dna and fabricated unstable dna that caused him to grow small fins and gills with a short tail fin,captured for so long he grew up to adult age untill the ocean base was attacked and destroyed when he found freedom,he now lives in the ocean and serves his duty in the city of atlantis
